How much do you charge for delivery?

Can I change my shipping address?

You can change your shipping address during the checkout process and within your account. Unfortunately, once an order has been placed, we are usually unable to change the shipping address.


Do you provide a tracking number?

You can select tracked delivery at checkout. A tracking service is available for items ordered by Special Delivery within the UK.


Where is my order?

What are your data protection policies?

Which payment methods can I use to place an order?

We accept all major credit and debit cards and you can also pay using PayPal.


When placing orders for multiple items will my items be dispatched together?

Whilst we try our best to dispatch your items together, on occasion we may send them separately.


I have a problem with my order, what should I do?

Can I return my order?

Of course. We are happy to refund an item if it is defective within 30 days of purchase or upon the return of your item. If you return an item to us and request a refund due to an error on our part (i.e. quality issue) we will be happy to pay for the postage cost to return it to us. If you return a book to us because you made a mistake or you have simply changed your mind, you will need to cover the return postage costs. Unfortunately, we are unable to refund an order more than 61 days from the date of purchase.


What condition can I expect my books to arrive in?

All of our books are individually appraised and quality checked prior to dispatch.
